Matlab License manager error -38, 147

Hi Support,

I have issue doing installation for network license for matlab. It is running a network license.

After all batch script installation and it is done I click to open matlab it keeps prompting this as attacged, Currently using in company vpn to connect the network license host in the company.

As stated in the article, the error indicates that either the username, hostname, or display is being prevented from using a product due to an EXCLUDE line in an options file. In order to resolve this error, you will need to be removed from the EXCLUDE list. Contact your License Administrator to have this change completed.
