Transfinite interpolation in matlab

Hi, I have the attached image and I want to use transfinite interpolation (TFI) to interpolation the points inside the image. I already had the positions of the white points. Could anyone help me how I can use this algorithm? I really appreciate it.

How can I insert the location of my points to this function? I mean my Xb,Xl,Xt,Xr? Since, in the example, for instance for Xl, x is 0 and y components are changed. How can I do that with my points?
