how can I create tall table of ones?

Hi,

I need to create a tall table with one column (it is important to be a table since I'd like to joint it to a table)

Is it necessary in tall array to define the length (or hight) to the table? if so how can I extract a tall table height? and how can I define a tall table of ones?

unfortunately, there is very limited documentation about tall arrays and tall tables
