How can i plot magnitude spectrums before and after filter?

I have cutoff frequency 0.2 Hz. I want to design a pair of lowpass FIR and IIR filters(any filter type is ok).
How can I plot the magnitude spectrums of the signal before filtering and after filtering out the one or two high frequency components.
