Can’t get access to the help documentation

It’s the first time for me to use MATLAB2019a, and the help documentation cannot be opened. I have tried to install it locally and view it via internet(I’m sure that the internet connection is well), but it still doesn’t work. Please give me some advice.

Do you get any error if you issue the following command?

MATLAB R2019a and older versions have compatibility issues with Mac OS Catalina (10.15.x). Refer to the following ML answer for details. Launching the help browser is one of them. However, MATLAB documentation can be accessed online. Use this link and select the Matlab version to access corresponding documentation.
