A double acting pressure intensifier needs to be modeled as seen in the Youtube link. The inputs are water (around 5 bar) and oil (around 200 bar). The outputs are oil pumped back to a tank and the water having a high pressure of around 4000 bar. This amount of bar can be obtained due to the area ratio between the plunger and the piston of the cylinder of the intensifer. This ratio is 20 and therefore the water can be pressurized up to 4000 bar using a oil inlet of 200 bar. In Simulink there are components which looks similar to this pressure booster/intensifer. However, exactly the same intensifer is not available in the library of Simulink.
My question is how I should model this pressure intensifier? How will such a model look like?
An output graph of the pressure needs to be gathered when running the model that includes the intensifier. The output graph inlcludes pressure lines of the oil in both the left and right cylinder, and the pressure of the water output (which will decrease in some value when the cylinder in the intensifier changes from the end direction to other side).
Is it possible to make a new hyrdaulic pressure booster component? Or should I make an intensifier model based on equations instead of available components? Is there anyone who is familiar with modeling pressure intensifiers?

Did you got any luck with that problem statement ?
