I have MATLAB, want to download Signal Processing Toolbox

Message is in the title, I only need to download and install Signal Processing Toolbox alongside my Matlab2019b

You can do that, as soon as you pay for the toolbox in question.

I think it should be payed for already, with a university connection. Will have to check. Meanwhile I'm going ahead and downloading teh 2020a version and seeing if I can attach Signal Processing to that.

Refer to Get and Manage Add-Ons. Visit License Center, click on your license and check which toolboxes you have licensed for.

There seems to be something specific to my Mac (with lots of available memory). I went to an old PC and downloaded the entire suite of MATLAB to that machine in a straightforward manner....
