Please i need a time series analysis on the data uploaded and also a fit to a epidemic model

The definitions on the excel data sheet are

Susc--suspected cases

Death

LabCfd--Laboratory confirmed

CFR---case fatality rate

Also, regions and populations were included.

Futhermore i need to fit it to a model given by

S(t) = A -bSI-uS,

E(t)=bSI-(g+u)E

I(t)=gE-(w+u)I,

R(t)=wI-uR.

where A = 50, b=0.723, u=0.0021, g=0.3,w=0.211.

Different values can be adopted for S, E, I, R.
