Brute force algorithm for a binary problem on GPU

Hi I have a biniary problem which has vars = N+(N*M) variables in total. it means for brute force, i need to check 2^(vars), which will be a huge value even if i select N and M as small values. As each individual solution in brute force is independent in nature, I want to run this algorithm using parallel computing, i.e. on multiple GPU cores in MATLAB. kindly guide me how can i do so?
