I have a N/Y (0/1) dependent variable and a continuous independent variable. I want to plot them with a S-curve logistic curve. I haven't been able to find any information on this. Can anyone help?

Do you want to plot logit(y) against your predictor or you want to plot y against x? You could fit your y by x using fitglm with a logit link function and binomial distribution. Or use mnrfit directly. If you have the fitted outcome I think you should be able to plot either way you want.
