Temperature controlled water level monitoring

Hi,

I would like to measure and control the water level and it’s temperature in ten bath tops to plot the average temperature and water level over one month and 6 month and one year and ten years. I would like to measure the maximum and minimum temperatures reached and record and find the times that occurred in two different methods by using the Find, Mean, Max and Length functions; do the same calculations by using Max, Find functions by using nested loop structures only using Matlab function commands, with no other tool boxes please.
