Count occurence of pixel or box labels problem

Hello, Please can someone help me to fix this error: I have tried to count occurence of pixel and image pixel count from my training arguments using the function " tbl = countEachLabel(pximds)", instead to return the count, I registered zero output at each pixel and the balance class I passed also returned :NaN. As you can see from the picture.
