How Can I solve the below equation using Symbolic Math toolbox or built-in bessel functions?

Hi everyone!
I am trying to determine the temperature distribution in a wet-clutch desk using the analytical solution described in the below Journal paper.https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0017931007004619
The solution procedure includes determining values of (), by solving the below equation numerically, where and are knowen values while and are Bessel functions of a first and second kind respectively and are both functions of infinite series..
Can the equation be solved using Symbolic math toolbox, or by using the built-in Matlab bessel functions (besselj, bessel)
