How to recreate graphs of a nonlinear system of ODEs with a condition containing the right hand side limit.

Please help. I don't know much about MATLAB so unsure where to start

My problem is that for one of my differential equations dz/dt, the condition I'm given is in the form of a right hand limit like so:
z(t^+) = z(t) + u
