Error -Parameter cannot be evaluated

I have created a file sample.fis ,and have created a simulink model ,in that i have used Fuzzy Logic Controller with Ruleviewer where i have called that sample.fis file ,i get error as

Error in 'finalip/Fuzzy Logic Controller with Ruleviewer': Parameter 'sample' cannot be evaluated. MATLAB error message: Undefined function or variable 'sample'. please help to solve this
