As the error message mention, the pitch controller output a vector with 3 element. However, the transfer function block can only input a scalar. If you are using the transfer function block as a low-pass filter, then you will need to use 3 seperate transfer function block for each output of pitch controller block.

How can i select only one out from the conditioned blocks (whichever is active at that time only)

Is it related to the pitch controller block? How are you using the conditional block with it?
