Do I have to install 'Matlab support pkg for Arduino' to add simulink IO feature to custom driver block ? beacause of the following error

According to the error message you need to have:
MATLAB/SupportPackages/R2019b/toolbox/matlab/hardware/supportpackages/arduinoio/listArduinoLibraries.m
Warning: I haven't implemented arduino with simulink so.

I tried the given servo read example in documentation . Error is there even after installing "Matlab Support package for arduino Hardware".
