Data arrangement for neural network

Dear All,
I am new for the neural network field but since I need it for an engineering application, I have to deal with it.
The task is to train my network by giving it an input (X) and give back output Z. However, my input sample X is not a single value, it a vector wich is a Gaussian spectrum of 200 samples like X=[x1,x2,..........x200] and the corrsponding outpout single value, say Z1.
Since I wanted to train thew network on many input samples let say 10 like the following
X1=[x1,x2,..........x200] --------------->Z1
X2=[x1,x2,..........x200] --------------->Z2
.
.
X10=[x1,x2,..........x200] --------------->Z10
I have built a network but it works for single vector. Could anyone suggest some helpful tips to how arrange my data so the it can be trained correctly.
