remove bones around heart

I want to remove bones and fatty tissue around the heart ct scans just to visualize the heart . any one tell me how to do that.

Bones have a very different hounsfield number, so you can eliminate those by thresholding.

You might be able to do the same with fatty tissues, but it will be more difficult and you might need other techniques.
