Selecting more than one section for region of interest using roipoly

Hey everyone, I am using the roipoly function to specify a region of interest. My problem is that I would like to have at least two sections. The function displays an interactive tool which allows you to successfully create one complete loop but stops after that.
Let me know if this is unclear.
