Counting Repeated elements in an array.

Suppose I have 2 arrays, A and B, comprised of random sets of unique numbers. I want to compare the 2 lists and count the number of elements that appear in both lists.

For example if we have A = [1 2 3 4 5 6] and B = [6 7 8 9 10 11]. It'll output 1.
