I have a system of ODEs written as a function for e.g.
function dydt = vdp1(t,y)
dydt = [y(2); (1-y(1)^2)*y(2)-y(1)];
I am able to use ode45 function on command line to solve it.
How can I make simulink block from this function ?
I dont want to model the equations using basic simulink blocks as I have 11 large equations. I just want to make a block which takes system inputs as a function of time and gives value of "y".

You should be able to define your dynamic model (system of ode's) using a Simulink S-function block.
