Modelling the Maxwell Model

Hi, I am trying to model the Maxwell model. As I am a beginner of matlab it would be great if somebody could offer guidance based on what is being described below. Apparently this is easy??? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Finally, I'll refer to this question in the FAQ: can you program the algorithm in this article for me.

After a very quick glance, it looks like all you have to do is solve a system of linear equations, which is indeed straightforward in matlab (just B/A) but you'll have to work out the vector B and matrix A for yourself.
