Download error with Matlab and add ons

Hello everyone, after downloading the installer for Matlab 2019 b on Windows 10 x64, I logged in and started to download all the add ons, but close to the 1000 MB mark, I received the following error:

The following error was detected while downloading shared_hotpluglib_win64_1563990475.enc:

Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: http://esd.mathworks.com/R2019b/R2019b_Update_3/components/R2019b_Update_3/shared_hotpluglib_win64_1563990475.enc?__gda__=1580654537_2e87f43f233880951ee27afb2cdb1064&ext=.enc

Would you like to retry downloading shared_hotpluglib_win64_1563990475.enc? If you press No, the installer will exit without completing the installation.

I tried again without success, and then copied the link into my browser, and it was a filter error.

Therefore, as suggested in other threads, I deactivated my antivirus, deleted the installation file and the folders under Matlab ( in the programs), and even added a Firewall exception.

Still, after downloading the installation file again, and logging in, I received precisely the same error.

What else could I do?
