How to scatter plot a row of matrix against it's row number?

I have a cell array(400*3000), which has 3000 sequences, how do I plot only 170th row against row no. in a graph, the desired result is scatter plot at 170th position.

What is in the cell array?

Cell arrays can contain anything, so plotting the 170th row may not be straightforward.

Normal array will also work for my problem, all rows contain numbers normalized in 0 to 1.
