How can i take two outputs from a subsystem??

Iam doing a modelling of a lithium-ion cell circuitory. I need to take two terminals as a output one is for poistive and another one is as negative. (because to make one cell as a subsystem) and from those two ouitput terminals i need to measure the bvoltage...

Ok. What is the problem? What is the thing you could not do? Are you modelling in Simulink or Simscape ?
