Feature extraction techniques for Histo-pathological image

Am doing my research in bone cancer classification using Histopathological medical images. I have given a sample image below
I need to extract features from these images to train my SVM. Can anyone please suggest me some Feature Extraction techniques for histopathological images. Thankyou
