c-compiler error to run file.

i have post this question before and do the steps by step but still unable to do it.

any 1 here having this problem before? i still got this error..

i try mex setup but still the same : Welcome to mex -setup. This utility will help you set up a default compiler. For a list of supported compilers, see http://www.mathworks.com/support/compilers/R2012a/win64.html
