statistical features of image

the graycoprops function normalises glcm and then derives the statistical properties of image (as a whole)
my question is
can we derive the statistical properties of 'individual features' in an image?

Yes, like PDF, pixel values ranges,mode, max, mean, min, STD and VARIANCE many more consider the staistical properties of individual images. But I have no sure, wheather these data be helpful or not to achieve target applications.
