I have this eror -> low-level graphics error , how to fix this problem ? I

I tried your solution still . and for some reason after I changed the Software: 'true' , it works even worse . how to change it to 'false' again ?

opengl info
Also, which MATLAB release are you using?

opengl hardwarebasic
and then show us the opengl info output ?

Note that you should substitute
opengl info
instead of calling rendererinfo in your version as that function was added in the release after yours

Can you once try opening MATLAB from command prompt or terminal using
matlab -softwareopengl
