External software to manage test cases (specifications, testruns, reports) created with Matlab Testframework

Hello Matlab Community,

currently I am using Microsoft Excel to specify my testcases (main-aim, preconditions, teststeps, parametration). This is a very long list

For the implemenation i use Matlab Testframework Class-Based Tests

I am looking for an external program ( like Polarion) or ALM-Program where i can include all the tests with results and track them ( State Passed, Denied, Filtererd...), maybe in the format TAPP or XML,which is also supported by Matlab Testframework by including a TappPlugin or XmlPlugin.
