Simple question about creating row vector

I want to make a row vector like this

d=
  2

f=(d^(0:5))

And i want the result is something like this

ans =
     1     2     4     8     16     32

Notice that i raised them with the power of "n" 2^0=1 2^1=2 2^2=4 2^3=8 2^4=16 2^5=32

How to do that?

>> 2.^(0:5)
ans =
     1     2     4     8    16    32
