LAUNCHXL-F28379D: Communication error. LED D1, D9 and D10 always ON.

I am trying to download a PWM generation program onto the LAUNCHXL-F28379D through Simulink, but I get the following error,

Also LED D1, D9 and D10 are always ON.

Just to make sure I was doing it right I tried to download an LED example onto the board via Simulink and I get the same following error

The LED D1, D9 and D10 are always ON.

I tried tapping the RESET button and changing USB port on my PC but the error still persists.

I tried configuring switch S1 as 1-UP, 2-UP and 3-DOWN and tapping RESET.

Still doesnt work.

Any help will be appreciated.
