Outport function call (Rte_Calls) is not generated in a conditionally executed statement in Simulink R2018b even if " Ensure outport is Virtual" is ticked?

As Shown in below figure,I have four outputs.

" Ensure outport is Virtual" is ticked for all of the four outputs. Even Outport function call (Rte_Calls) is generated in conditionally executed statement but for two outputs only. For remaining two outputs , Outport function call (Rte_Calls) is generated at the end of the functon but not inside the conditionally executed statement. All the four ouports have same properties butdiffer in datatypes. Am I missing anything? Is there any other parameter i should be looking for to ensure proper code generation.
