How do I graph (x,y) for the following information:

x[1]=10

x[2]=20

x[3]=30

x[4]=40

x[5]=50

x[6]=60

and so on

and

y[n]=(x[n]+x[n-1])*1/2

y[1]=(10+0)*1/2=5

y[2]=(20+10)*1/2=15
