Computing accuracy in dataset

So i have never done this before and I can't get my head around it so - I've got a data set where every file contains three columns. C1 corresponds to the conditions (1&2),

C2 corresponds to the accurate answers given by each participant, c3 corresponds to the reactions times of said participants.

I would need to compute the accuracy of the second column and make it so that they correspond to their participant ids as well.

I basically need a percentage of how accuarte each participant was in the corresponding condition as an output.

If anyone could help that would be thoroughly appreciated!
