Tracking objects to plot their velocity

Hello,

I am an engineering student working on a research project. I have been tasked with plotting the velocity of a number of waves recorded bya high speed camrea as they travel in a circular path. The footage has been converted into tiffs and each run conists of approximately 5000 frames at a frame rate of 100000 frame per second. How would I be able to track the velocity of each wave over time? Attached are some frames. If there are any additional questions, please ask.
