Can I run a Simulink and custom code program on a F2812? Can I monitor or see the results of the run via JTAG?

Can I use the embedded coder to create code based on a combination of Simulink based code and custom C2000 code?
Can I use Code Composer Studio to load the code onto a F2812, and monitor specific memory locations using the JTAG port and XDS200 during or after the program has run?
Can I use eithe Matlab/Simulink or Code Composer Studio to look at the contents of the arrays defined in the Simulink part of the program?
