`libraryCompiler` view does not show the option of '.NET Assembly'

I hope somebody helps me quickly...
As the below figure shows, my Matlab compiler does not recognize .NET Assembly, though my Windows 10 has .NET Framework 4.0.
What I should do, maybe, is let matlab know the path to .NET Framework, isn't it?
Could anyone help me? Thank you.

Besides, mcc compiler shows the following error. I also want some comments to this phenomenon.
>> mcc -v -C -B 'dotnet:IOT,SynTQClass,4.0,Private,local' SynTQInputNames.m SynTQOutputNames.m SynTQProcess.m
Error: Could not check out a Compiler license
