How can matching the one image with all the images in the database by using svm?

I am working on IRIS RECOGNITION system.
i have training data and testing data but I need a Matlab code that displays the graphical user interface asking me to enter a picture so that it will test it by comparing it with all the pictures in the database and tell me if the picture matches or not.
Please Help me to create code i am new in matlab.
