how to change the shape of Simulink Subsystem?

I want to change the shape of Simulink Subsystem,I saw some example ,like this figure.I hope to change the shape like this,But I do not know how to do,Could you tell me how to do?Thank you !

you mean that change mask of subsystem block, right?
If it is right, you can right click to subsystem block, select Mask -> Create Mask and and icon as you want
