Supress Simulink diagnositic printing to command wWindow

I am running a simulink model from a MATLAB script. The simulink model has various warnings in the diagnostic but is running correctly. Every time I run the model from the script I get a ton of warning messages on the command window.
How do i supress these warning messages from printing to the command window? Currently I am using clc every loop, but I would prefer to simply never see these warnings.
