Best way prepare data for classification learning

How do i prepare this dataset such that i can calculate mean,slope,kurtosis,skewness,peak as the features of this data.

With these feature(Perhaps combination of these features) compare accuracy of the model.

So basically predict either rest or active.

This is fNIRS signals.
