Execution time measurement/code profiling on custom code in s-function

I have a Simulink model which compares outputs from a controller and the code generated[externally not using Embedded coder] from it. The idea is to see how much in sync the outputs are. The code is available in the model as an s-function block.This set-up already exists.I am working on Matlab 2010.

I want to know if there is a way to perform code profiling and measure execution time for this code. Using the 'profile on/off' was one of the options I found, but I cant access my functions outside the s-function. Please give me other options.
