Downloading Matlab when I already have a license

How do I download Matlab when I already have a paid license? I got a new computer and I would rather not pay the fee again. Is there a process I must go through, or do I just download an installer of sorts? Thank you.

What does "get the setup" mean? This answer is rather useless unless someone already knows the answer...
