Stepinfo Command Giving Incorrect Output

I'm using the stepinfo command to get the parameters (e.g. overshoot, rise time, etc.) of a system simulated using Simulink (MATLAB 2011). However, the output of the stepinfo command clearly differs from the output plot of the simulated system. Could anyone please help me with this?

You will need to give us your exact problem. Also try to adjust the various parameters as discussed in the help file.

It wasn't an issue with the stepinfo command as I previously thought. It turned out there was an error in my Simulink model (a case of a wrongly placed connection). Once I figured that out, the output was as expected.
