I have 2 images whose boundary are extracted.
I have them plotted.But they are overlapping
this is the code
how to correct it
if true
%Leveling Y axis
[ymin mindx] = max(Temp_boundary(:,1));
[ymax maxdx] = max(Protein1_boundary(:,1));
ydiff = ymin - ymax;
if(ydiff >0)
Temp_boundary(:,1) = Temp_boundary(:,1) - ydiff;
end
%Leveling X axis
[xmin mindx] = min(Temp_boundary(:,2));
[xmax maxdx] = max(Protein1_boundary(:,2));
xdiff = xmin - xmax;
Temp_boundary(:,2) = Temp_boundary(:,2) - (-xdiff);
end

Where did you upload your images? I need to see your original images and the overlapped results, and an image of how you'd like it to look.
