licensing error with campus licence, Error: -5,357

For R2019a Polyspace is not listed on installation, for R2018a it's listed and I can install it, but gives license error (Cannot find a license for Polyspace_Bug_Finder -5,357) after starting. I have a Campus license and MATLAB works fine.
I created environment variable for license, too, but it didn't help.
