download error during installation

I do get message like Coder_web_common1556562478 while extracting the packet during the installation ...My internet speed is ok but usualy it takes 7 to 8 hrs for downloading and i am never able to make an installation .
I am working on Windows 7 ..I tried today morning SAFE mode to down load again but after downloading installation I got message "read Times Out "
not sure what is the problem
