I am trying to create a COM server for Microsoft Word in MATLAB, however I run into an error:
>> w = actxserver('Word.Application');
>> w.Visible = true;
Error using feval
Server Creation Failed: The system cannot find the path specified.
Error in actxserver (line 89)
h=feval(['COM.' convertedProgID], 'server', machinename, interface);
How can I resolve this error?

To troubleshoot this issue, please create a file "test.vbs" with the following content:
set w = CreateObject("Word.Application")
w.Visible = 1
MsgBox "Success"
You can create this .vbs file from Notepad++.
Once created, from the Windows File Explorer, double click on the "test.vbs" file.
This should throw an error window with the following message:
The system cannot find the path specified.
To resolve this issue, please reinstall Office.
If the issue persists, you should contact Microsoft Technical Support.
